Thermal Grease / Thermal Paste

TaxoTape® TX-TG series Thermal Grease, also known as Thermal Paste, is a silicone-based compound designed to improve thermal contact between heat sources and heat sinks by filling microscopic air gaps. Its paste-like consistency allows it to fully wet the contact surfaces and fill microscopic voids, significantly reducing thermal resistance and improving heat transfer efficiency.

TX-TG series offers a wide range of thermal conductivity grades (from 1.0 to 5.2 W/m·K), suitable for applications ranging from LED lighting and power modules to CPUs and GPUs. Each formulation is tested for aging stability, ensuring long-term performance under thermal cycling and mechanical stress.
