Thermal Grease / Thermal Paste for Electronics Cooling

TaxoTape® TX-TGTP series Thermal Grease, also known as Thermal Paste or Thermal Compound, is a high-performance thermal interface material designed to improve heat transfer between electronic components and heat sinks. It is typically applied as a thin layer between heat-generating devices and cooling structures to eliminate microscopic air gaps that can reduce thermal efficiency.

Because air has very low thermal conductivity, even small surface imperfections can significantly limit heat dissipation. Thermal grease spreads easily across contact surfaces, filling microscopic irregularities and creating a thin, low-resistance thermal interface that enables efficient heat flow away from critical components.

Our Thermal Grease Series is formulated with thermally conductive fillers dispersed in a silicone-based matrix, providing reliable thermal performance across a wide temperature range. The material exhibits high thixotropy, allowing it to maintain stable placement during assembly while still spreading evenly under mounting pressure.

Compared with solid thermal interface materials such as thermal pads, thermal grease offers excellent surface wetting and minimal interface thickness, making it particularly suitable for high-power semiconductor devices and precision electronic assemblies where maximizing heat transfer efficiency is essential.

Thermal grease is widely used in processors, LED modules, power electronics, automotive control units, and communication equipment, where reliable cooling directly impacts device stability and service life.
