Product Overview

TaxoTape® TX-TPCM Thermal Phase Change Materials (PCMs) are heat-enhanced polymer compounds engineered for high-efficiency thermal management. At room temperature, these materials remain solid for ease of handling. Once the operating temperature of the heat-generating device reaches the material's phase change point, they soften and flow to conform tightly between surfaces — rapidly eliminating microscopic air gaps with minimal pressure. This significantly reduces interface thermal resistance, boosts cooling performance, and extends the life of critical electronic components.

TX-TPCM series is also available with ultra-thin PI insulation layers for applications requiring both high conductivity and electrical isolation — such as in IGBT modules.
