Thermally Conductive Potting Compounds for Electronic Encapsulation

Thermally Conductive Potting Compounds are specialized materials designed to provide both thermal management and environmental protection for sensitive electronic components. By encapsulating electronic assemblies, these materials improve heat dissipation while protecting circuits from moisture, vibration, dust, and chemical exposure.

Our product range includes silicone-based and epoxy-based thermally conductive potting compounds, engineered for different performance requirements in electronic systems.

TaxoTape® TX-TCPC-S series Silicone Potting Compounds offer excellent flexibility and elasticity after curing, making them ideal for assemblies exposed to vibration or thermal expansion. Their low viscosity allows easy pouring and bubble release, ensuring complete coverage of complex structures. Once cured, the silicone material provides long-term protection against environmental stress while maintaining stable thermal performance.

TaxoTape® TX-TCPC-E series Epoxy Potting Compounds provide stronger mechanical strength and excellent adhesion to metals, plastics, ceramics, and glass substrates. With low shrinkage and high electrical insulation, epoxy-based potting materials are ideal for compact electronic modules where structural stability and long-term reliability are critical.

Both material systems provide reliable thermal conduction, electrical insulation, and flame-retardant performance, making them suitable for a wide range of industrial and electronic applications.
