Product Overview
TaxoTape® TX-GS graphite sheet series is an ultra-thin, high-performance thermal interface material designed for demanding electronic heat management. With exceptional in-plane thermal conductivity—up to 1700 W/m·K—it efficiently spreads heat in X-Y directions, minimizing hot spots and improving device performance and reliability. Its lightweight, flexible structure allows for easy die-cutting and integration into compact, space-limited assemblies.
