Welcome to Taxo Tape
TaxoTape® TX-GS series Graphite Sheets are advanced thermal management materials designed to rapidly spread heat across electronic assemblies and prevent localized overheating. Unlike conventional thermal interface materials that primarily transfer heat between surfaces, graphite sheets function as high-efficiency heat spreaders, distributing heat away from hotspots and improving overall temperature balance within electronic devices.
Manufactured from high-purity graphite, these sheets feature exceptionally high in-plane thermal conductivity, reaching up to 1700 W/m·K, which enables fast lateral heat dissipation across the material surface. This makes them particularly effective in compact electronics where space limitations restrict the use of traditional cooling solutions.
Graphite thermal sheets are extremely thin, lightweight, and flexible, allowing them to be easily integrated into tight spaces or complex device structures. Their flexible structure allows simple cutting, shaping, and die-cutting, making them suitable for both manual assembly and automated manufacturing processes.
In addition to thermal management, graphite sheets also provide excellent electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding performance, helping protect sensitive electronic circuits from signal interference while maintaining thermal stability.
With stable performance under high temperatures and no aging degradation, graphite sheets are widely used in mobile electronics, LED displays, automotive electronics, computing devices, and communication systems, where efficient heat spreading is essential for maintaining device reliability and performance.
Graphite thermal sheets are widely used in modern electronic devices that require efficient heat spreading, including:
Smartphones and handheld electronic devices
Laptop computers and projectors
LED displays and LCD televisions
Set-top boxes and multimedia devices
Automotive electronic systems
Communication and networking equipment
Compact consumer electronics with limited cooling space
